The Bill (Reg. No.2397) imposes administrative penalties for violations in the field of emigration services. Thus, it imposes administrative responsibility of officials-subjects of emigration services and other persons for violation of legislation on emigration, and defines the rates of penalties for such violation a fine in the amount of 100-2000 non-taxable citizens´ income.
The Committee upholds the Bill, as "its implementation will enhance responsibility of the subjects of emigration services, and prevent origination of conditions for committal of grave infringements".
